- Franchise Fee $49,500
This is the fee for a single location. A System Development Program is in place for multi-unit purchases with discounted fees.
- Construction Management Fee $25,000-$30,000
A 3rd party company will manage the buildout of your restaurant.
- Site Selection Fee $2,000
This fee covers the cost of assisting to find the ideal retail location.
- Real Estate Lease Deposit $6,000 - $12,000
It is typical for a one or two month lease deposit to be made at lease signing.
- Leasehold Improvements $15,000 - $375,000
The buildout of a new location depends on existing infrastructure, age of space, area construction costs, and size of space.
- Licenses, Architectural, and Engineering Fees $5,000 - $15,000
Our approved architectural firm has low prices for our franchises.
- Construction Management Fees $0 - $20,000
The construction management company makes sure things are being done right at the construction site.
- Miscellaneous Expenses During Training $1,000 - $5,000
This includes wages, travel, and living expenses.

Our preferred suppliers give us volume pricing to save money for our franchisees.
- Furniture, Fixtures and Non-Kitchen Equipment $15,000 - $25,000
Our furniture and fixtures are standard in all G&B locations.
- Computer System $2,000 - $3,000
This is for the Point of Sale (POS), audio, video, and security systems.
- Signs $6,000 - $9,000
Size and location of signs will determine price.
- Initial Inventory and Supplies $3,000 - $15,000
This includes starting payroll and emergency funds.
- Employee Salaries - 3 months $9,000 - $25,000
The amount will depend on size of staff and pay scale.
- Local Advertising Expenditures $5,000-$8,000
The grand opening and initial advertising is included.
