Founded in the summer of 2017, Grain & Berry has quickly become everyone’s favorite superfood cafe with everything from delicious acai bowls, fresh juices, smoothies, cauliflower or broccoli crust flatbreads and quesadillas, or yogurt parfaits to hearty avocado toasts and international coffees. Hand crafted-to-order and free of dyes, colors, and artificial sweeteners, Grain & Berry’s innovative menu both surprises and satisfies with beautiful, plant-based products that look amazing and taste even better.
While designing the first Grain & Berry restaurant, the founders determined two missing characteristics of existing health food restaurants existed. The first missing trait was restaurants with ample seating. The existing health food restaurant options were all 700-1200 sq. ft. in size with very limited seating. So, 1500-2800 sq. ft. restaurants were designed by Grain & Berry to allow 30-80 seats in each location. This trait has proven to be an integral part of Grain & Berry’s success. Friends and family meet for a healthy meal at Grain & Berry locations consistently. The second missing characteristic of existing health food restaurants was a 5-star, top tier, health food restaurant that exhibited a beautiful décor, extraordinary food presentation, all fresh ingredients, and outstanding hospitality. By integrating all of these traits, Grain & Berry has grown to be the market leader in each community it serves.
